House Rules
Swimming, fishing, boating or throwing rocks into the pond is not permitted. Please supervise children. Our cabin is on a septic system, please DO NOT flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. This prevents a plumbing emergency mid-stay. Parties or large gathering that exceed number of guests is not permitted. Hot Tub has a 5 person maximum capacity. Trash is to be disposed of in Bear Proof Containers, located on the outside near the pond. Please ensure to secure properly. Feeding Wildlife is a Federal Offense.
Other Details to Note
Wildlife & Bear Safety: This is non-negotiable in Gatlinburg. Guests must use the bear-proof trash bins correctly. Feeding wildlife is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate eviction without a refund. Pond Safety: Swimming or boating, throwing rocks into the pond is not permitted. Children must be supervised by the water at all times. We provide a starter kit of coffee, soaps, and paper products. For stays longer than 3 nights, guests may need to restock based on their personal usage. The maximum occupancy of 9 guests is strictly enforced by local fire code. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property overnight.
